Some easy tips to pass physical test .
1. Daily running upto 2 km
2. Use face mask to become habitual of mouth breathing.
3. Use comfortable shoes for running.
4. During running if you pase any chest deficiency that time start breathing on mouth .5. Do not struggle to come first only focus ón duration and distance.
