Tips
1. Running
i. Wear shoes of soft sole which could give you push during running
ii. Don't raise your head during running(Down your head and look to your feet)
iii. Don't open your mouth( if your breathe get shortened open mouth just to release air)
iv. Take breathe through nose and expel through mouth
v. Take long steps but don't be so fast so that you don't tired
vi. Don't give up till last
